This is a registration form for team entry to the Winter School Basketball League's end-of-year tournament - the City Tournament. This tournament is exclusively for teams currently playing in our Winter School Basketball League. The tournament is available to teams 2nd grade to 6th grade, for both boys and girls.
 
There is NO REGISTRATION FEE! The tournament is completely free for current teams in the Winter School Basketball Leauge.
